Fully Drag (“we”) are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and we shall endeavour to use any information that you provide when using this website in accordance with this privacy policy.

This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we protect any information you submit to us, and how we use it.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

Information submitted through a contact form will be electronically delivered to us via email, for the purposes of reading and responding to enquiries. This information will include name, email address and any other information you submitted via the form. We do not use information submitted for marketing purposes without your prior consent.

Cookies

We place necessary cookies on your browser when you visit the website to enhance performance and send you to the quickest server. This cookie lasts for the session and is deleted when you close your browser.

When you visit our website, you will be asked to accept the cookie policy and a cookie will be stored in your browser to remember your choice and stop you from being asked again. This cookie will last for one year.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Sharing your data

We do not, and will not, sell any of your personal data to any third party – including your name, address or email address.

However, we share your data with the following categories of companies as an essential part of being able to provide our services to you, as set out in this statement:

  • Professional service providerssuch as advertising partners and website hosts, who help us run our business
  • Companies approved by you, such as social media sites (if you choose to link your accounts to us).

We may provide third parties with aggregated but anonymised information and analytics about our readers and, before we do so, we will make sure that it does not identify you.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment or submit an enquiry through a contact form, this submission and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue as well as respond to enquiries appropriately.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Analytics data will be kept for 26 months to compare results year on year. The data is automatically purge after this time.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
